About

Most software reviews for agencies are written by people who have never run one.

Lean Agency Stack exists because buying advice aimed at small agencies is mostly written for enterprises and then scaled down badly. A tool that works beautifully for a 200-person marketing department is often a poor fit for four people running twelve client accounts, and almost nobody writes about that gap honestly.

We cover software for solo operators and agencies under fifteen people. Comparisons, pricing breakdowns, and the question that actually decides most purchases: does this tool assume I am one business, or does it understand that I am running several?

How we work

We say plainly when the tool we recommend is the wrong choice. Every comparison names at least one area where the competitor wins, because a review where one product wins everything is not a review.

We publish the real costs. Onboarding fees, per-seat creep, usage billing, and the add-ons that turn an advertised price into an actual invoice.

We disclose every affiliate relationship on every page that contains one.

Corrections welcome

If a comparison here is wrong or out of date, tell us. Pricing pages change constantly and we would rather fix a page than defend it.
